You send us a CSV export of your SKU demand history and your supplier list. We configure the forecast model for your data, map the signal feeds to your supplier geography, and give you access to the platform. The 60-day pilot runs on your actual data. At the end, you've seen real alerts and real forecasts from your supply chain, not a demo. No integration project, no commitment to continue.
Two CSV files: (1) SKU-level demand history by week or month, ideally 18-24 months back; (2) Supplier records with supplier name, country/region, and the SKUs they supply. That's enough to build an initial forecast and start reading risk signals against your supply chain. The more history you have, the better the baseline forecast. We'll walk you through the column mapping on a short setup call.
Yes. If you want to move to the Planner or Operations tier during your pilot, just reach out. We'll transition the account, your data and configuration carry over, and billing starts from the transition date. The remaining pilot days don't extend the subscription, but we'll note them if timing is a concern.
Not currently. We're an early-stage product and we want to stay flexible for both sides. Monthly billing keeps the commitment low while we continue building. Annual pricing is something we'll introduce once the product is more mature and customers have had time to validate value. If you have a specific budget cycle that makes annual easier, talk to us directly and we'll see what we can do.
A SKU is any distinct product identifier you track in your demand history, typically matching your ERP's item master. Bundles and variants count separately if they have separate demand records. If you have a large catalog with many low-velocity items, we can discuss how to scope the pilot to the SKUs that matter most to your planning process. The tier limits are soft guardrails, not hard cutoffs: if you're at 520 SKUs for the Pilot tier, talk to us.
